In 2012, I started to experiment with natural, homemade deodorants when store-bought natural deodorants failed me. At the end of the day, I would smell like the scent of the deodorant and, of course, ‘B.O.’ I wanted something that was simply made and used natural and clean ingredients – which didn’t always seem to be the case with some of those deodorants that claimed to be natural.  I have tested many different recipes and after much trial and error, ended up with the deodorant I sell today.

I use coconut oil as the base because it is antimicrobial, antifungal and antibacterial. The essential oils I use also have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. The essential oils also add a delightful natural scent, without the use of synthetic chemicals. I am proud of my deodorants and the ingredients that go into them. Made With Love By Sama natural deodorant is made with organic coconut oil, pure baking soda, ‘all natural’ arrowroot powder, organic shea or mango butter (Depending on the recipe), beeswax, and high quality, organic essential oils.

I have since expanded into other natural, homemade products, including a Facial Oil that cleans and moisturizes your face, while removing makeup, a Facial Exfoliant that can be used as a daily scrub and a weekly or monthly mask and a Body Oil that can be used on nails and hair. Thank you for considering Made With Love by Sama natural products!
